One thing worrying me is small kids roped into begging. Recently I saw a handicapped child begging at the signal, no sooner did the signal turn green, I saw him get up and run normally

This sight really hurt me as kids at this age are supposed to be playing and studying in school but the unfortunate ones are professionally being trained to beg. I wonder how these kids get into the racket of begging and waste their life.
I strongly feel that corrective measures need to be taken to stop them from getting into the begging profession. Rehabilitation is a must for such kids.u00a0 Also the root cause of their problems must be addressed. I definitely feel this cause needs to be supported more than any other cause.
