Cristiano Ronaldo opens 5th luxury hotel in Marrakech

Ronaldo’s latest luxury hotel in Marrakech has 174 rooms. The price of the rooms range from approximately £158 (approx Rs 15,746) to £372 (approx Rs 37,067) per night. The rooftop pool area of the plush hotel offers a bird’s-eye view of the nearby Atlas Mountains

Portuguese football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has launched his fifth hotel in the Moroccan city of Marrakech. The Manchester United superstar already owns the Pestana CR7 Lifestyle hotel chain which has branches in Lisbon, Madrid, New York and at his home island, Madeira. 

Ronaldo’s latest luxury hotel in Marrakech has 174 rooms. The price of the rooms range from approximately £158 (approx Rs 15,746) to £372 (approx Rs 37,067) per night. The rooftop pool area of the plush hotel offers a bird’s-eye view of the nearby Atlas Mountains. 

“When I opened the first hotel with the Pestana Group in 2016, our ambition was to create an international brand. Since that first milestone in Madeira, followed by Lisbon, we’ave expanded to Madrid and New York. Marrakech represents my connection to a country I am passionate about, and where I am always made to feel most welcome,” Ronaldo said. 

The footballer is known for his health eating habits and it is learnt that that his new hotel will have a menu “focused on healthy foods and drinks.”
