Durban: Hashim Amla guided South Africa to a comfortable six-wicket win in the first T20I against New Zealand at Kingsmead on Friday.

New Zealand squandered a good start, losing seven wickets for 49 as they made 151-8 in 20 overs. Amla hit 48 and shared half-century partnerships with AB de Villiers (33) and Rilee Rossouw (38).
