An audit of public toilets along the roughly 23-km stretch between Dahisar East and Bandra East on the Western Express Highway (WEH) revealed alarming levels of filth and disrepair. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has quite a long way to go before it accomplishes its mission of constructing toilets for citizens along the Eastern Express Highway.
