On 12th March, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) asked Netflix to stop streaming their new show — Alankrita Shrivastava’s ‘Bombay Begums’ after receiving a complaint about it. The child rights body sent a notice to the OTT platform, asking them to provide a detailed action report within 24 hours or face legal action.
