The whole country was shocked when they heard the news of the demise of Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Bipin Rawat in a tragic helicopter crash in Tamil Nadu’s Coonoor. Netizens took to social media to express their condolences. One of them, Sulya Taluk, an artist from Karnataka’s Sulya Taluk, gave a special artistic tribute to the late general.
