Mumbai: Man who came to kill rival, misfires at own accomplices

An assailant who came to shoot his rival, misfired at his own accomplice at Ambarnath on Saturday. The bullet hit the leg of one of his accomplices while another associate was injured too. The trio was riding triple seat on a bike when the incident took place.


All three accused Chandan Bhadoria, Rohit Singh Puna and Alok Yadav are receiving treatment at a hospital at Ambarnath.  Police said the accused Bhadoria and Vivek Naidu have a personal dispute. A case pertaining to this has been registered at Kalyan Mahatma Phule police station


To take revenge,  Bhadoria decided to kill Naidu and he came along with his accomplices Rohit Singh Puna and Alok Yadav triple seat on a bike to the Ambarnath area. They stopped Aatish Pawar, who is a friend of Naidu. But, Bhadoria misfired from his gun and the bullet hit Yadav in the leg. Senior Police Inspector Jagnnath Kalsakar arrested Bhadoria and Puna.
