The Maharashtra Cyber officials on Monday questioned actor Poonam Pandey and comedian Kaustubh Agrawal in connection with the India’s Got Latent row, the officials said.

They said that Poonam Pandey and Kaustubh Agrawal appeared before Maharashtra Cyber on Monday to join the ongoing investigations in the case.

Officials confirmed that their statements were recorded.

Poonam Pandey had appeared as a judge in the seventh episode of India’s Got Latent, said sources.

The Cyber Cell will summon Ranveer Allahbadia, Apoorva Makhija, Ashish Chanchlani, and Raghu Ram for further questioning and to record supplementary statements. Their statements have already been recorded earlier, said an official.

Earlier, YouTubers Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani had appeared separately at the cyber headquarters in Navi Mumbai to record their statements.

After being summoned by the Maharashtra Cyber, Ranveer Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani recorded their statements at the agency's headquarters, situated at Mahape in Navi Mumbai.

Maharashtra Cyber officials had questioned Ranveer Allahbadia and Ashish Chanchlani for around five hours in connection with India's Got Latent row, officials said.

The officials from Maharashtra Cyber had also summoned actor Rakhi Sawant, who had appeared in the show as a guest.

The Maharashtra Cyber is yet to record the statement of comedian and YouTuber Samay Raina, who hosted the 'India's Got Latent' show.

The Assam police are also investigating an obscenity case against Allahbadia and others.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court on Monday allowed podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia to air his "The Ranveer Show" amid the ongoing India's Got Latent show row.

The apex court allowed Allahbadia to air The Ranveer Show subject to maintaining "morality and decency" and an undertaking that it was suitable for all ages.

The bench also extended the interim protection from arrest granted to Ranveer Allahbadia till further orders, while asking him to join investigation in Guwahati.

Several FIRs were lodged against Allahbadia, popularly known as BeerBiceps, for his remarks on parents and sex on comic Samay Raina's show "India's Got Latent".

On February 18, the top court granted interim protection from arrest to Ranveer Allahbadia while calling his comments "vulgar" and saying he had "dirty mind" which put the society to shame.
