Learn to make Futomaki sushi rolls at a hands-on class
Born and raised in the UK, Pathak is a food writer and chef, who set up her studio, Flavour Diaries in Khar last November. In the hands-on class, she will teach how to create and cut Futomaki (fat-rolled sushi where the rice and filling is wrapped in dried and roasted seaweed) and Uramaki (an inside-out maki roll where the seaweed is in the centre, covered by the filling and rice).

Participants will also learn how to make the popular yakitori and kushiyaki, Japanese-style grilled and skewered meats.
The class open to all skill levels, including beginners.
