Beer lovers, rejoice! Conquer the heat with these new and special craft brews

Kolsch
This beer has been specially brewed for the beery summer games that take place at the brewery. It’s pale golden with fine carbonation, refreshing and is easy to chug.

They also offer summer German sour beer Gose, with flavours of coriander and salt, their all-time favourite, Mango Cider and the new Chocolate Porter (second glass in pic right), a creamy, chocolate-y thick delight. And from what we hear, the brewers are planning to make a Karvand Cider by the end of May. We’ll keep you posted.

Kroitzschlander Gose

Owner Gregory Kroitzsh is very proud of this crispy German wheat beer. It has notes of spices and the taste opens with lactose sourness. It comes with the customary added salt for a Gose; its light, refreshing texture is perfect for Mumbai’s summer. On May 12, they will also launch the Kick Ass Kölsch, a Köln (Cologne, Germany) style ale that resembles lager.

Botwork Orange

This baby has been fermenting for two months and is now ready to be served — Botwork Orange is a Belgium Witbier layered with a low hop bitterness and has a noticeable wheat profile. Spices and coriander feature prominently in the brew, so does a zesty orange fruitiness. We are told that it pairs well with Charbroiled Prawns and Pan Seared Basa.

Bumble

For ale lovers, it will be a honey-sweet affair with Bumble — a new honey pale ale with moderate citrus flavours, tropical aromas and a moderate body. This ale is free of artificial flavours, synthetic colours and preservatives. You can also become a member at the bar for special goodies.
