Celebrate the Mexican flavours, with influences of Spanish and South American cuisine, at Food-hall’s Ola Cantina festival. Check out live demos of Baked Spinach and Beet-root Tacos and nachos (in pic) and Pao de Queijo (resembling Brazilian cheese rolls). Sample dips and salsa varieties, Elotes (corn on the cob served with cojita cheese and sweet paprika) and churros with chocolate sauce. Tuck into Chicken Burrito or buy purple corn (a popular ingredient in Peruvian cuisine), that can be added to a salad or a smoothie.
