The actor says, "I haven’t done any show where I haven’t had to encounter my friends. Prince was already a good friend and Yuvika (Chaudhary) and Teejay are close friends. I was shocked and surprised that Prince who has won so many shows and is a host and judge, is taking the side of a person who is encouraging violence against women. Why would he fight for them and give them a second chance? Prince is a role model, India’s youth look up to him. If he makes a mistake, they will say if Prince is doing it, we can do it! I asked Prince how could you take his side?"
Karanvir goes on to add, "Karan Kundrra mentioned and it meant a lot to me, that even when Poonam (Pandey) pushed me, I didn’t push her back! She abused and went on the family but I didn’t want to participate. That is her game, however dirty! I am a father of three girls, and I would want a man who stands up for them, that’s why I was disappointed with Prince."
