Vicky Jain, a businessman, has participated in Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 17 with his actress wife Ankita Lokhande. They are one of the most loved and popular celebrity couples on television. Ankita and Vicky's participation in the reality show left their fans delighted. While they continue making headlines with their games on the show, Vicky spoke to Mid-Day.com exclusively before his entry.

In the exclusive interview, the businessman opened up about not feeling like an outsider in the industry and participating in Bigg Boss 17. "I never felt that I belonged to a non-filmy background. Since childhood, we have been watching cinema and entertainment so closely that we always have felt a part of it. So there was no second thought. I have watched Bigg Boss and know about the show. I am pretty confident that it will be good," he said.

Vicky spoke about the preparations he did for Bigg Boss 17. The preparations to survive for 3-4 months include clothes, makeup, etc which I am not into. Yes, I have taken enough clothes but beyond that, everything will have to be done as it comes."

While Vicky is still new to the world of showbiz, he has his share of experience with reality shows. When asked whether that would come to his benefit, he replied, "It definitely gets better if you have faced the camera before or if you know how these shows are conducted. It gets easier. Since Bigg Boss is a very very different show I must say, I would not say that all the preparations are done. It's a different show but I am quite okay doing it."

Will Vicky play with his heart or his mind? He shared, "Everything is done with heart. I will play with my heart. Mind is set automatically in every situation." Bigg Boss participants are often judged for their actions and decisions taken on the show. Will he be comfortable with harsh criticism? Vicky shared, "Actually, the format of the show is based on that. So, yeah, it's fine."

Vicky is participating with Ankita, a renowned actress. When asked whether he was skeptical about it, Vicky revealed, "No, I wasn't skeptical. In fact, I feel that, probably, it's an upper edge, ki agar aapka koi saath wala aapke saath wahan jaa raha ho aur waise bhi uske saath aapko puri life ki journey nibhaani hai toh bas wife ko khush rakho aur achche se apni journey jeete raho (No, I wasn't skeptical. In fact, I feel that, probably, it's an upper edge that your beloved person is accompanying you and the person is someone with whom you have to spend your entire life. Keep your wife happy and lead a happy life)."

Vicky shared his expectations from Bigg Boss 17. He said, "I don't know about the expectations, but I just want this journey to be a successful one. I want to take more than what I have brought with me. That's all I think about right now."
