Rajveer Deol and Paloma have made their acting debut with the recently released film 'Dono' directed by Avnish Barjatya

It's a happy weekend at the Deol house as Sunny's son Rajveer presents himself as an actor in front of the world. Rajveer, the younger son of Sunny and his wife Pooja Deol has made his acting debut with the film 'Dono'. The film has been directed by debutant Avnish Barjatya, son of ace filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya. Rajveer has been paired opposite Paloma in the film, who is the daughter of veteran actress Poonam Dhillon. 


The film hit the theatres on October 5. The makers had a grand screening of the film on Thursday night which was attended by several celebrities from the film industry. Apart from the Deol family, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Anupam Kher were also seen at the screening to extend their support to the team of 'Dono'. 


Sunny Deol, the proud father took to his social media handle and wrote, "All the best my son" while sharing a picture with Rajveer.

Rajveer's elder brother Karan Deol took to Instagram and wrote, "An extremely special day! From having the same dreams to seeing them getting fulfilled. Super excited to see you on the big screen @the_rajveer_deol. We have seen you working hard for this day. Bobby Deol was also all emotional as his nephew started his journey in the movies. "I can’t wait for tonight! You have worked so hard for this day beta and finally the moment has arrived when we all will see you living your dream on the big screen. 28 years back this day was a very special day in my life when my first film released and today it’s become even more special because my Rajveer’s first film is releasing. Superstar Salman Khan was also at the screening of the film and was seen posing with Sooraj Barjatya. The superstar's first film 'Maine Pyar Kiya' as a lead actor was directed by Barjatya. The actor came for the screening to show his support and love to the next generation. Sharing pictures from the screening, the actor wrote on Instagram, "Hope this film #Dono does for inn teeno Rajveer, Paloma and Avnish what it did for hum teeno Sooraj, Bhagyashree and me."
