Makers of Aparshakti’s next take action to tackle the heat as they shoot in UP

Feeling hot, hot, hot!

Aparshakti Khurana

The team of Aparshakti Khurana’s next is braving high temperatures as they fim in UP’s Prayagraj, where a heat wave has gripped the city. However, the makers have left no stone unturned to alleviate the troubles plaguing the crew. Apart from appointing doctors to cater to the unit, the makers have also kept abundant energy drinks on set. The filming leg has also been strategically planned to avoid peak hours in the sun, with the crew working across two shifts—5 am to 12 noon, and 3 pm to 7 pm.

Praising the makers for their effort. Khurana tells mid-day, “We try to ensure that we have an early call-time, so that the unit can get some respite from the midday heat. Energy drinks, coolers, coconut water, dahi, and fruits are helping us tackle the heat. We also requested our team members not to sit in an air-conditioned environment, as frequently switching between high and low temperatures might lead to health problems.”

Khurana was last seen in the music single, Balle ni balle, and will feature in the web series, Jubilee, a fictional period drama, directed by Vikramaditya Motwane.
