Befikre actress Vaani Kapoor attended the launch of a store in Gurugram recently. Vaani wore a black dress with a plunging neckline for the event. She posed for pictures and interacted with members of the media.

Vaani Kapoor made news recently, when a leading entertainment portal reported that she is slated to star opposite Ranbir Kapoor in an upcoming Yash Raj Films production. There is also buzz about her apparently starring in another film under the banner, which will see Siddharth Anand helming directorial duties and Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in lead roles.

Vaani made her Bollywood debut in 2013 with Yash Raj Films' Shuddh Desi Romance. The romantic comedy also starred Sushant Singh Rajput and Parineeti Chopra in lead roles.

Vaani Kapoor then went on to star in Aaha Kalyanam, a Tamil remake of the successful 2010 YRF venture Band Baaja Baarat, which starred Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh. The film was also dubbed in Telugu.

Vaani last featured opposite Ranveer Singh in the 2016 film Befikre, which was directed by Aditya Chopra. The film was shot in Paris and Mumbai and received mixed critical reviews.
