Identify your goals

Be cautious of what you do online
You have to look for specifics when searching for workout online. Use the right keywords, such as beginner, or working out with bands instead of randomly practicing. Balance is key
To achieve any goal, one must learn how to balance what they need to do, and what they want to do. If running is what pleases you but your goal is to build muscle, you should continue to run, but also complement it with strength training instead of sticking to one. Photo/iStock
