Sindhi Food Festival

Via Bombay is currently hosting the second edition of its Sindhi Food Festival with a menu of 19 handpicked dishes that pay homage to the rich heritage of Sindhi cuisine. The festival has been curated by Executive Chef Ajay Kishore Samtani, who has sourced these recipes from Sindhi households. One can enjoy dishes like Seyal Pav, Bheej Ji Tikki, Sindhi Kadhi, Sai Bhaji with Bhugal Chawal, Sindhi Mutton, among others.

Malaysian Food Festival

Sofitel Mumbai BKC is bringing the vibrant flavours of Malaysia to Pondichéry Café, with the Malaysian Food Festival. The festival will feature the expertise of Chef Aping and Chef Irwan from Sofitel Kuala Lumpur. One can enjoy authentic Malaysian dishes like the spicy, coconut-based Laksa, Mee Goreng Mamak, Rendang Curry, among others. Alongside these dishes, one can enjoy cocktails crafted with Japanese spirits

Bar takeover

Olive Bar & Kitchen, Bandra is hosting a bar takeover with Lucy’s Flower Shop, one of the 50 Best Bars in the World 2022. As part of their pan-India tour, bartenders Jinda Cibran and Oscar Buhre will be taking over the bar, curating a cocktail menu that blends Lucy’s minimalist approach with local, vibrant ingredients. One can expect innovative creations such as the Lemon & Pomelo, a blend of Tanqueray gin, lemon, pomelo and citrus vinegar; Pineapple & Cardamom, with Tanqueray gin, pineapple, cardamom, toddy vinegar and soda water, among others.

New restaurant in Andheri

Inspired by the art deco and mid-century design, Era is a new addition to Andheri’s vibrant culinary scene. The restuarant's menu is inspired by the flavours and traditions of Asian cities – from the spices of Bangkok to the refined tastes of Singapore, but not without a touch of the beloved Indian cuisine. Apart from unique soups, salads, appetisers and main course, the menu features signature cocktails like An Afternoon in Yangon, Uchiwa Collins, On The Beach in Bali, Summer in Singapore, Love Letter and Seoul Fool, in addition to classic cocktails.

New Mexican menu

Poco Loco has introduced a new menu that brings flavours of Mexico and Spain to the table. Dishes include Loco Jacket Potatoes, Lamb Birria Tacos, Pulled Lamb Pizza, Taquitos, in addition to classics like Loaded Nachos, Gambas Chimichurri, Dr. Loco’s Signature Pizzas, Burritos, Chimichangas and Enchiladas Gratinadas. End on a sweet note with the new Very Berry Mascarpone Gateau or the decadent Chocolate Chili Pepper Tart.

New menu bringing flavours of Asian street food

Sesame-Hyatt Centric Juhu, helmed by Chef Rahul Shrivastava, has introduced a new menu celebrating the vibrant street food culture of Japan and Southeast Asia. Indulge in variations of Sushi, Thai dishes like Krapao, among others. Beyond these, explore a world of dumplings, gyoza and unique desserts.

ITC Maratha's Peshwa Pavilion has introduced an exclusive culinary series – Weekend Triplets, where a new theme takes centre stage every weekend, to bring new dining experiences for the festivities. The series will feature themed lunches on Fridays and Saturdays, followed by brunches on Sundays.
