Toast Pasta Bar has launched a summer menu that explores fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients, along with seafood. The menu includes Cured Asian Seabass Crudo, , featuring locally sourced bekti with pickled mango, Calabrian chili, and mint; the Tagliolini with Prawns combines mascarpone, lemon, and dill in a light, creamy sauce; Trofie with Wild Mushrooms, where cream, garlic, and parsley; Pan-Fried Snapper with cauliflower purée and salsa verde, and Half Roast Chicken with truffle and onion jus, served alongside potato purée
The menu also includes mouthwatering dessers such as The Vanilla Bean & Lime Panna Cotta is a refreshing, citrus-kissed treat with Alphonso mango and Gondhoraj granita, while the White Chocolate Cheesecake pairs Alphonso mango with passionfruit and a buttery graham cracker base for the perfect tropical bite.

Hakkasan in Bandra has unveiled its all-new Plum Blossom Summer Menu, a five-course lunch menu that explores unique Asian flavours. Indulge in Hot and sour or Sweet corn soup, available in vegetarian and chicken options. The small plates have dishes such as Har gau, Spicy chicken or Chicken and prawn dumpling, and Crispy duck roll for non-vegetarian options, while vegetarians can relish Carrot cake, Spicy jackfruit dumpling and Edamame truffle dumpling. In the main course, there are dishes such as Stir-fry chicken in Szechuan peppercorn, Stir-fry lamb tenderloin with ginger and spring onion as well as Szechuan mabo tofu, Stir-fry lotus root and asparagus in black pepper to name a few
While enjoying the food, sip on cocktail such as the gin-based Southside or those who prefer something soothing can opt for aromatic Bird’s tongue jasmine green tea. End your meal with Dark chocolate mousse and Apple and Vanilla crème brûlée.
