Their coffee comes from estates that double up as a 150-acre laboratory for their experiments in cultivation, fermentation, natural flavour infusion, processing and drying. The brand is known for experimenting with  cold smoked coffee, lactic acid bacteria fermentation and oka-wood fermentation to milk soothing, beer barrel ageing and honey-sun drying. To create a more interesting flavour, they also experiement with yeast-enzyme processing, natural fruit juice fermentation, profile roasting, quenching, orange pulp fermentation and storing of green beans ith organic material. >>>

Bili Hu


Created in collaboration with some of the best curers, roasters and coffee estate owners across India, Bili Hu in Kannada is a white flower symbolic of the coffee plant flower that blooms to signify the yield in harvest season. Nandan Coffee

They grow and roast specially certified organic coffee in the heart of the Kodaikanal Wildlife Sanctuary. And you must know that the coffee is shade-grown under a double canopy of jackfruit, banana, avocado, rosewood and silver oak trees and processed using only harvested rain water. They have seven different blends that can be roasted and ground to order and also some fun coffee DIY kits.

KC Roasters by Koinonia

Nestled in the picturesque bylanes of Bandra, Koinonia’s tiny cafe-cum-roastery draws in a crowd for their cold brews and specialty coffee. They combine Indian farmers’ craftsmanship with international roasting practices and have been known to source from several estates in Southern India. One of the popular variants include the Marvahulla and they also offer a cask aged coffee, where the beans are aged in whisky barrels and then roasted.

Black Baza Company

They call themselves an activist company and feel their coffee is radical. The idea is to enable coffee producers to enjoy secure and stable livelihoods and strengthen coffee farming practices that conserve biodiversity. They have microlot batches – smaller batches of coffee roasted and brewed in private, available online as well. In addition, they have subscription plans for uninterrupted stash of your favourite beans.
