Rahenge Sadaa Gardish Mein Taare
This Zee Theatre teleplay, directed by Saif Hyder Hasan, stars Sonali Kulkarni and Arif Zakaria. A tribute to Hindi cinema of the 1950s, this drama, heavily inspired by the life of filmmaker Guru Dutt, his singer-wife Geeta Dutt and their tumultuous marriage, explores the relationship between two creative people and their work.

Typecaste
This one tells the story of Mahipat Babruvahan, the first from his caste and village to complete an MA degree. When he takes up a new job as a professor, his patience is put to the test by his students and his love interest. The drama stars Shreyas Talpade, Atul Mathur, Aaditi Pohankar and Utkarsh Mazumdar.

Purush
A social commentary on universal issues of gender politics, patriarchy and caste discrimination, Zee Theatre’s Purush stars Ashutosh Rana and Gulki Joshi. The protagonist, Ambika, not only fights for herself, but also stands up for other women who are subjected to injustice or oppression. Her fight against the corrupt and misogynistic Gulab Singh, played by Rana, is aided by others like her.

Court Martial
Written by Swadesh Deepak, this drama is the story of Jawan Ramchander, who has a court martial against him. Defence lawyer Capt. Bikash Roy, played by Rajeev Khandelwal convinces his counterparts and viewers alike that Ramchander deserves justice rather than punishment.

Gidh
The plot of this teleplay, directed by Kanwal Khoosat, revolves around a woman, whose life is disrupted after an unexpected visit from a lady who claims to be her sister-in-law. As the story unfolds, both the women share the miseries of their respective lives caused by the same man.
