American star Paige Spiranac provided a quick-witted reply after she topped the list of the most followed golfers on Instagram. Spiranac, who was voted the sexiest woman alive by Maxim magazine earlier this year, was named ahead of greats like Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy. She was the only woman on the list with her following increasing multi-fold in recent years. 


Spiranac tweeted: “This just in. Men like golf and b**bs.” Woods, who has won 15 majors in his career, came second on the list with 3m followers and Rory McIlroy, who has 2.3 million followers, came third.

Spiranac, 29, who has 3.6 million Instagram followers, often posts glam pictures and videos on her social media handle. According to Golf Magic website, Spiranac topped the male-dominated list of which golfers had the most followers on Instagram. According to The Sun, her huge fan following means she earns more per Instagram post than her golf rivals.
