Kamani stuns No. 1 Pillai again

In the battle between the top two Indian women cueists, Kamani, 29, lost the opening frame before making a determined recovery in the second frame. She went on to win 34-58, 65-45, 75 (55)-14, 61-31.

Kamani stuns No. 1 Pillai again

India No. 2 Amee Kamani of Madhya Pradesh stunned national champion and India No. 1 Vidya Pillai of Tamil Nadu for a second time in the concluding round of the Women’s Z-Camp (2nd leg) to finish as overall number one in the Sportal-organised GSC World Snooker Qualifiers, a BSFI National Selection Tournament, at the Goregaon Sports Club. Kamani had beaten Pillai in the first leg too.
