Savali Patil bags three golds in U-6 category

Coach Tanaji Patil's daughter Savali (6) is following in her father's footsteps.

The young swimmer won three gold medals and a bronze in the GMAAA under-6 meet — 25-metre breaststroke, 25-metre freestyle, 25-metre backstroke and a bronze in the 25-metre butterfly recently.u00a0

“I started coming to the pool with my father as a three-year-old. Now that I have started winning medals, I want to make him proud by winning an Olympic medal when I grow up,” said the Goregaon resident.u00a0
