New Delhi: Having invited his good friend and World Cup winning team-mate Ronaldo to India, Delhi Dynamos FC's marquee manager-cum-player Roberto Carlos yesterday said that the visit could happen only if the star striker is able to sneak some time out of his busy schedule.

"I have invited him. He wants to come, but the problem is, he works a lot. He is working more now than when he was playing," Carlos told reporters here. Ronaldo, considered one of the greatest players of all time, and Carlos were part of the Brazilian team that triumphed in the 2002 World Cup. Carlos and Ronaldo were also an integral part of Real Madrid's famed Galacticos squad.

Ahead of his side's clash against Mumbai City FC here tomorrow, Carlos reiterated that the team cannot be complacent against lower-placed teams and have to be extra careful. "You can never under-estimate teams that are at the bottom of the table. Also the teams in the ISL are equally strong. So we have to be extra careful when we play against teams like that," said Carlos.

Delhi Dynamos FC are placed second at the Indian Super League points table behind FC Pune City. The two teams are on 13 points each but Dynamos have a game in hand. A win against sixth-placed Mumbai City FC will help them climb up to the top of the table. Not too bothered with his team's low goal-scoring rate, Carlos said, "For now I'm not that worried because we are at the top of the table. And the goals will come at the right moment."

Speaking on the league, he said, "From last year the teams have improved. The teams have got more skills and talent. I think the league is doing very well and the fans are loving it." Delhi Dynamos' midfielder Hans Mulder said that the players were confident of a good show. He said, "I think there is a great boost of energy for everybody in the team that if we win tomorrow, we are the leaders."
