The ruckus started beforeu00a0 RCF's match with PIFA Colaba FC scheduled for a 1.15pm kick-off. The referee refused to start the game as torn nets were used in goal. By the time new nets were arranged it was time foru00a0 the second fixture between Customs and Mumbai FC U-19 to begin (3.15 pm). But strangely, both matches got called off causing inconvenience to all four teams, who reported on time.
Coutinho said: "There will be no matches until this problem is solved. We are waiting for our secretary (Souter Vaz) to return from Goa after which we'll have a meeting and decide on further proceedings. "It's notu00a0 acceptable that there is a torn net in goal minutes from kick-off. We need to push for stronger dministration."u00a0u00a0
