A viral video of a leopard walking in the corridors of a medical college in Karnataka has left netizens shocked. The video showing the leopard running into the hostel building was posted on Twitter by Indian Forest Service officer Parveen Kaswan.

While sharing the video clip, Kaswan identified the big cat as a black panther - the common name given to melanistic big cats. However, he also added that the leopard filmed in the viral video clip could have been non-melanistic too.

In the 25-seconds video clip, the leopard can be seen running the length of a corridor and inspecting a door before going out the same way it had come in. "When a black panther comes for college inspection. Karnataka," Kaswan said while sharing the video.

Since being shared, the viral video has garnered nearly 15,000 views and over 1,000 likes. Commenting on the post one user said, "Bagheera comes to drop mowgli in college," while a second user commented, "Bagheera came for admission." A third comment read, "He is searching for his class section sir."
