Arvind Kejriwal, AAP`s national convenor, condemned the attempted shooting of former Deputy CM Sukhbir Badal in Punjab, praising the Punjab Police for preventing a major incident. He expressed concerns that a larger conspiracy is at play to destabilize Punjab and defame its people, involving powerful forces. Kejriwal contrasted Punjab`s effective law and order with the crime situation in Delhi, highlighting rampant murders, shootouts, gangster control, drug sales, and rapes. He criticized the BJP for downplaying the severity of Delhi`s crime issue, asserting that law and order in the capital is indeed a significant problem.
