IMD has issued an Orange alert for Saurashtra & Kutch Coasts in view of the extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm “Biparjoy” over the east-central and adjoining northeast Arabian Sea. Notably, as per Met dept, Biparjoy will make landfall on Saurashtra & Kutch Coasts on June 15. Porbandar DM KD Lakhani talked about preparedness for Cyclone Biparjoy.
