On the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis attended the Veer Bal Diwas program at Guru Nanak Sabha Saheb on LT Road. The event was held to honor the bravery and sacrifices of our warriors. Veer Baal Diwas, observed every year on December 26, is a day to commemorate the bravery and sacrifice of Guru Gobind Singh’s younger sons, Baba Zorawar Singh and Baba Fateh Singh. At the tender ages of 9 and 6, these young martyrs chose to embrace death rather than forsake their faith, leaving an unforgettable legacy of courage in India’s history. The program was organized with great enthusiasm and attended by many important leaders and community members. The atmosphere at Guru Nanak Sabha Saheb was filled with respect for these courageous warriors. CM Fadnavis spoke about the importance of remembering both the heroes and their contribution to the country. Here is what he said. Watch video.
