After being rescued from the gangster's custody, Anuj Tikku found the real estate documents, which his slain father had brought from Delhi, missing from his Lokhandwala flat; files complaint
Wily Vijay Palande confessed to cops last month that he killed Arun Tikku, originally a resident of Delhi, for his property worth Rs 50 crore. Now, it appears that he got his associates to steal the documents to the estates. Anuj Tikku, son of Arun, has lodged a complaint with Oshiwara police station, stating that when he got back to his Lokhandwala residence last month, he found his property papers missing.

Oshiwara police officers said that they have lodged the complaint in the second week of April. Anuj has complained that the documents of his Mumbai and Delhi property have been missing since he was rescued by police and sent to his Lokhandwala flat, where his father was killed by Palande’s aides in April.
Arun had brought the papers from Delhi, when he came to Mumbai to meet his son. When the body of Arun Tikku was recovered from the Lokhandwala flat on April 8, police had initially suspected his son Anuj was behind the murder.
However, when they investigated, they found Palande was the mastermind, who had kidnapped Anuj and confined him to a guesthouse in Chiplun. When cops reached the guesthouse, they found Anuj there and brought him to Mumbai. The next day he was allowed to go home by Oshiwara police.u00a0
