A passerby said that around 6 to 8 feet stretch of road was blocked by parked vehicles making it difficult to access the footpath
The area is close to the Juhu beach where dedicated pay and park facility is available. The passerby suggested that the vehicle must be parked at the dedicated parking spaces so the walkways are kept free for access
