BEST rolls out buses for night-shift workers from 12 midnight to 5 am

At present, the suburban railway shuts at 12 midnight and this was causing inconvenience to people as they did not have any public transport option at night. As BEST has decided to start the limited bus services on six routes, the move will help many commuters

There is a good news for late-night commuters travelling between 12 midnight to 5 am as BEST has decided to ply buses on six routes starting March 7. It is said that the services will benefit the people working in late-night shifts at hotels, hospitals and the airport.


At present, the suburban railway shuts at 12 midnight and this was causing inconvenience to people as they did not have any public transport option at night. As BEST has decided to start the limited bus services on six routes, the move will help many commuters. 


Bus No 1 will ply between electric house and Mahim bus stop. Bus No Ltd 66 will ply between Electric House  and  Rani Laxmibai Chowk. Bus no Ltd 202 will ply between Mahim bus stop and Poisar depot. 


Bus number 302 will ply between Rani Lakshmibai Chowk and  Maharana Pratap chowk Mulund. Bus number 305 will ply between Backbay epot and  Rani Laxmibai Chowk. Bus no Ltd 440 will ply between Mahim bus stop and Borivali East station via domestic and international airport.
