In the suicide note that police found in his shirt pocket, it was written, “I will not smoke ever again, forgive me papa.” His father Babu Shaikh, who runs an electronic store, had caught him smoking with his friends on Wednesday evening and had scolded him in front of them, saying that he is too young to start smoking prompting the teenager to take such an extreme step.
