Here's your chance to catch three award-winning shorts
If you want to delve into the cinematic world of fantasy and dreams, a screening of the short films Aaba by Amar Kaushik, La Lune Folle by Meneka Das, and Khidkiyaan (Windows) might be an ideal way to spend your weekend. Organised by Filamnt, the event gives people a chance to change their perception that short films are the domain of international filmmakers.

Kunal Jhaveri, the organiser, says, "The short films are really gripping as it is, but it would be interesting to see how the audience reacts to the subliminal messages and element of dreams in them." People can also voice their thoughts on the films during a discussion that will follow the screenings. The films, which have won awards in Berlin and England among other places, will be hosted at a venue that aims to create a new audience for independent filmmakers.
