Talreja, with her daughter-in-law Itchha Talreja now runs Turkish Affaire, an enterprise that makes delicious baklavas on order. “After some experiments with our chef at home, we first started selling it to people we know during Diwali and other festivals. We soon started getting more offers after word-of-mouth publicity,” Itchha tells us.
