Nick Vujicic said: “When you set a long-term goal, put it in a place that is illustratively and visually encouraging you and reminding you why you are going through life today. If you don't write down a goal, you don't know exactly what that goal is and what it takes to do the first step."Sharing how he personally set short-term goals in solitary whiteboard sessions every 3-4 months, he says: "Simply cross off the short-term goal from your list once it's done. That's how you build confidence."
The author of ‘Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life’, Nick is an anti-bullying advocate and creator of an innovative Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Curriculum wherein he teaches students to make positive changes in their lives and their communities. He was joined by 13 more speakers at the power-packed seven-hour summit.
Swami Sukhobhandanda, Corporate Guru, speaking about celebrating success and failure, said: “If the content of your conscience is clear, success will lead to fulfillment and failure will become a learning curve”. He adds: “Education is not what to think, but how to think. True smartness and knowledge should destroy your ignorance, not just hide it.”
Leading personal impact coach Chinha Raheja shared: “Your personal brand is a confluence between your perceptions about yourself and those of others around you. Personal branding can help you build credibility in front of key stakeholders, gain the trust of both your boss and teammates, minimise imposter syndrome and help you raise your self-confidence. It will boost your public perception as a go-to expert as well as your earning potential.”
Siddharth Rajsekar, leading info-marketing expert, while sharing top three growth hacks said: “Your focus is the most valuable asset, if you are able to specialise and focus on one micro-market, that’s an advantage to your business. Second, invest in yourself. Don’t be cheap on your journey towards greatness. Third, systems fail, people fail. Work your way up according to a system.”
Speaking about the abundant mindset, Dr. M. V. Priyank, leading abundance, and wellness coach, shared: “Your inner world creates your outer world. Everything is energy, and everything is sound energy. The right change in frequency and vibration can attract the right solutions to your problems.”
Meghana Dikshit, brain coach and founder of De Mantraa, shared: "Your emotions are the fuel for your success or struggle. A question to mull over is: Do you have automated positive thoughts in the morning or automatic negative thoughts? If it's negative, you'd go into procrastination mode and if it's positive, you'd go into productivity mode. You can train your brain to break the habit of procrastination. Achieving your goals is a subconscious process. Ask yourself each morning, am I interested in the goal, or am I committed towards it?"
Sharing his thoughts on the Summit, Surendran J, Founder and CEO, Success Gyan, said: "We are happy to have brought forth a powerful lineup of 14 of the world's best speakers across domains.
