Books play an important role in our lives by transforming our thinking and authors are the passage that takes us through this transformation. Talking about one such recent book, Shiva Origins, Sons of Ganga depicts the entire story of Hindu God Lord Shiva and how he shaped mankind and humanity.

Written by renowned medical doctor  Dr Dinesh Veera, “Shiva Origins, Sons Of Ganga” is available for sale on Amazon. The book talks about the Hindu methodology and the origin story of Shiva also known as ‘Hindu god of destruction’.

This is the first-ever book written by a  Yoga Enthusiast-- Dr Dinesh Veera, where he ardently expresses his love for mythology, adventure and thrill. When asked about his reason for such an endeavour, he said, “A deep desire to share my knowledge of Hinduism and Yoga in an engaging manner is what prompted me to write the book.”

Dr Dinesh Veera completed his MBBS degree in 2015 and has been treating the ill and the weary, ever since. He worked in a medical hospital for almost two years before becoming a part of the medical university he is currently employed at. As of now, he and his wife reside in Malaysia.

Dinesh grew up adoring Indian mythology because of his grandfather. In his own words, “My grandfather loved mythology and he was an ardent student of our religion. It is due to him that I chose to further my knowledge and share it with the world. The incredible stories that I heard from him as a child lingered on and pushed me to know and learn more and more.”

His love for mystery and thriller along with myths is because of a different reason. Maybe something to do with his admiration for a fellow writer, Dan Brown. “Since the moment I started reading Da Vinci Code, I became a huge fan and by the time I finished it I had almost made up my mind to write something of my own.” He added.

Undoubtedly Dinesh’s professional experience as a doctor did help produce a very unconventional and unique piece of writing that is his book. Talking about his latest publication he says, “Writers are artists and they have a potent way of bringing out the story in a language which is easy to understand yet looks very flowery. My logical prowess as a man of science, kept me and my writing very straightforward, which is why I think that this will be a unique read for everyone”.

One can get the medical prowess and vast knowledge of Yoga through this book. So, read this book to get deeper insights about the Hindu Mythology and mankind.
