Actor Akshay Tanskale opens up about his journey’, as From theatre plays to working with Taapsee Pannu in ‘Rashmi Rocket

When we talk about Bollywood in general, it looks very fascinating and glittering from a distance. With intense competition in this field, only a few sail in the boat who have the perseverance and talent. To keep it straight, everyone wants to be better than someone in this industry. But there are a few talented artists who are willing to help others. Akshay Tanksale is that one name who is known for his humble behaviour and the easy-going attitude. After a lot of ups and downs in his life, the young man has managed to establish himself in the Hindi film industry. Years of practice, patience and dedication helped this talented guy get a role opposite Tapsee Pannu in the upcoming film ‘Rashmi Rocket’.

Having done more than 25 films as an actor, it was one of the web films that landed him a role in ‘Rashmi Rocket’. Speaking about his role in the film, he said, “I am playing a supporting cast in the film where I will essay the role of a cop. Most of my scenes are with Taapsee. The length of my role is not important to me. Chasing my passion for being in front of the camera and getting an opportunity to work with some talented people is what matters the most for me.” Tanksale further stated that he has always resonated with the characters in real-life situations. “I believe to be real in my skin before playing any role”, he added.

Before achieving the feat of completing 25 films, Tanskale performed at various theatre plays. He considers theatre as a significant part of his life which opened doors for him to perform in Marathi films after which he got offers for Hindi projects. The versatile actor considers acting as a learning process for a lifetime. “In this industry, every person you meet has a diverse experience. There are some important takeaways one can take from the actors, directors and other creative professionals who have been in the industry for years”, quoted Akshay.

Working with Taapsee in ‘Rashmi Rocket’ was one fruitful experience for Tanskale. Reminiscing the first day of the shoot on the film sets, Akshay revealed his nervousness while shooting with the ‘Manmarziyaan’ actress. Calling her down-to-earth star, the actor stated that they had a great time shooting for the film. The Akarsh Khurana directorial will be releasing this year, and we hope that Akshay Tanksale leaves us impressed with his performance in the film.
