ITC Grand Central in Parel is celebrating the first anniversary of Dakshin, its South Indian speciality restaurant, in Mumbai with a delicious menu. Each menu presents a lavish spread of regional delicacies such as Paruppu Vadai, Murungakkai Sambar, Andhra Kodi Diryani, and Elaneer Payasam, among many others.

Ode to Gujarat
The Orchid Hotel Mumbai is hosting a Gujarati food festival called ‘Gujarat Ni Rasoi’ at Boulevard to encourage Mumbaikars to explore the flavours of Gujarati food. The dishes in the menu have been curated by Chef Poonam Dedhia. One of the highlights of the festival is the Kathiyawad cuisine, a beloved part of Kutch’s food traditions among other delicacies from the state. Diners can indulge in Dabeli, Bhaji na Muthiya, Gujarati Kadhi, Ringan-Marcha-Batata Nu Shaak and more. It will be available for dinners on weekdays, and during exclusive Gujarati Pop-up Brunches on September 22 and 29.

Grills Menu
Nho Saigon has introduced a new Grills menu, curated by Chef Gautam Biswa, the menu is a tribute to the coal-fired street eats of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Mumbaikars can indulge in dishes such as Rau Qua Nuong, Nam So Nuong, Ga Nuong, Thit Nuong, Bun Cha Hanoi and Tom Nuong.
