Raqesh Bapat adds that he sees Simba Nagpal as the dark horse of Bigg Boss 15

Raqesh Bapat who was last seen on Bigg Boss OTT has entered as a wild card along with Neha Bhasin. While he is most excited about surprising ladylove Shamita Shetty, this time around he is certain about voicing his opinion. Read on to find out more!

Shamita had been trying to convince you to enter Bigg Boss 15 for quite some time, but you weren’t sure…
I took time because I wanted to wrap my head around this and I also had other commitments. So now those are done and I’m ready to step in, in a different way.
How excited are you to be back in the Bigg Boss house?
Very! This time I’m excited and looking forward to it.
Was OTT a good trial of what to expect?
It was a big lesson and like a warm up. I’m not going to change my personality, but I’ve realised I have to voice my opinion then and there, and not shy away from it.
Anyone who impressed you this season?
Shamita has been playing well, I’m proud of her, looking forward to our time together. I like Simba Nagpal because I see myself in him. He’s shy like I used to be and not participate in things, but he seems to be a good guy and is growing up.
Anybody who you feel you have to be wary of?
I think they have to be wary of me now because I know what’s happening inside and what game everyone is playing. I used to never watch Bigg Boss before entering OTT but now it’s a great homework for me, watching everything that’s happening. The difference between OTT and Bigg Boss 15 are the human connections, there’s no real bonding.
What’s your opinion about your fellow OTT contestants Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhatt?
They are the same and I want them to be different. They don’t have to change as a person, but like Nishant is still favouring Pratik, I used to tell him in OTT as well, play your game don’t support him blindly. Karan Kundrra and Jay Bhanushali are telling him the same thing, so I’m not the only one with this opinion.
Salman Khan gave contestants quite a grilling on this Weekend Ka Vaar…
Salman Khan is very straightforward and strong in his opinion; he tells you the truth without beating around the bush. I respect what he says because it’s an eye-opener. You don’t know how you are performing in that house and he’s a good messenger.
Who do you see in the finale?
Besides Shamita and I, Simba is a dark horse. I hope he makes it to the finale. Like even I didn’t expect to be in the finale, but people told me I set an example that a calm person can make it that far. I hope he can also prove his worth.
