Lending her support to a love song amid the Pride Month, Sobhita Dhulipala features in the peppy dance track, Hate the way. Rendered by Dubai-based Rameet Sandhu, the track serves as a helping hand to the LGBTQ community.

“The zestful execution of the concept, and their eagerness to explore a space that has been conventionally treated, with a new attitude and perspective, was refreshing,” says the actor of her association with the song that released on Saturday.

Sandhu, who enhanced the number with her playful voice, says, “As an artiste, I looked at this as a chance to experiment with the vocals. This track is unlike anything I have rendered. I tried different ways of singing it, and I was able to adjust [my voice] aptly to meet the song’s demands. I am glad that we are [using music] to voice the issue of [same-sex love], and educate people on a topic as crucial as this one.” While the subject of same-sex love has gained attention, the singer says it “isn’t spoken about enough”, even today.
