One of the things that has been trending for the last few days is the trailer of ‘The Family Man 2.’ Manoj Bajpayee is all set to be back as an agent who not only happens to be ruthless but also comical in all the good ways. It also stars South star Samantha Akkineni and this has further escalated the excitement.

Kangana Ranaut has now shared a still of the ‘Eega’ actress from the trailer on her Instagram story and showered praises on her. She wrote- “This girl has my heart.” The series is all set to drop on Amazon Prime Video on June 4. Ingenuous and incredibly original, the makers, Raj and DK, continue to prove their madly inventive minds when it comes to content creation.

The writer-director duo said, "As creators, we have been waiting for a pretty long time to share the trailer of the much-awaited new season of The Family Man today. We promised the season will be out by end of this summer, and we are glad that we just about kept that promise. The wait will finally be over on 4 June as Srikant Tiwari will return with a thrilling storyline, and ‘danger really has a new face’ — Samantha Akkineni, who has done a tremendous job, along with the always-fantastic ensemble cast. We are confident we have carved out an exciting season for you all, despite having to work through the pandemic. Hopefully, the new season will be worth the wait. These are extremely difficult times, and we hope and pray for better times. Please stay safe, mask up, and vaccinate as soon as you can.”

Ranaut, meanwhile, recently completed 15 years in the Hindi film industry. She made her Bollywood debut with Anurag Basu’s Gangster in 2006 and was then seen in films like Woh Lamhe, Raaz: The Mystery Continues, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Queen, Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Simran, Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi, Judgementall Hai Kya, and Panga.
