Gadar 2 unfurls against the backdrop of the 1971 ‘Crush India Movement,’ portraying the courageous odyssey of Tara Singh as he ventures into Pakistan to rescue his son, Charan Jeet Singh (portrayed by Utkarsh Sharma), from the clutches of the Pakistani Army. Anil Sharma dons the director's hat for the film, which shares its theatrical release with Akshay Kumar’s "OMG 2."
