Having recently hit headlines for apparently hitting a new PR (personal record) during a lifting session, Disha Patani made evident that few industry actresses are as physically adept as she is. “I need strength to build my shoulders for gymnastics, and legs for MMA,” she had previously told mid-day, establishing the importance of goal setting.
