On Saturday, a picture of Jacqueline Fernandez with alleged millionaire conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar did the rounds of social media lending credence to the buzz that she was in a relationship with him. Chandrasekhar is the prime accused in a R200 crore extortion case. In August, Fernandez was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate to record her statement in the money laundering case against Chandrasekhar. Later, she skipped the ED summons several times before deposing in front of them again in October. It is alleged that Chandrasekhar splurged the actor with expensive gifts.

A day after it was announced that the Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter-starrer Phone Bhoot will hit screens on July 15, 2022,  Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus has booked the same date. The comedy stars Ranveer Singh, Pooja Hegde and Jacqueline Fernandez. Phone Bhoot is backed by Farhan Akhtar and Riteish Sidhwani. Will one of them do a rethink about the box-office clash?

Janhvi Kapoor has finished shooting for Mathukutty Xavier’s Mili, backed by producer father Boney Kapoor. The actor considers the project extra special. “My first film with papa. I had heard stories about him as a producer. But after working with him, I finally know what everyone means when they say he gives his heart and soul to each and every film of his,” she wrote. The survival thriller is a remake of Xavier’s award-winning Malayalam film, Helen (2019).

Choreographer Bosco Martis makes his directorial debut with Rocket Gang starring Aditya Seal, Nikita Dutta and participants of the reality show. Dance India Dance. On Saturday, to mark his birthday, it was announced that the film will hit screens on May 6, 2022. “I hope the audience enjoys it as much as they have loved my dance, sequences,” said Martis.

Shabana Azmi, who is shooting in New Delhi for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, took time off to catch up with Sharmila Tagore. “So happy to meet up with Sharmila Tagore in Delhi,” Azmi captioned the post. The two featured in Gulzar’s Namkeen (1982) and Lekh Tandon’s Doosri Dulhan (1983). “Legendary photo,” Richa Chadha posted. Fans felt a filmmaker should cast the “graceful beauties” together again.
