The mango season has arrived and Arbaaz Khan has been sending boxes of the king of fruits as gifts to family and friends. On Wednesday, he sent ex-wife Malaika Arora a carton. She took to her Instagram Story to thank him. Khan also sent a box of mangoes to Arora’s sister, Amrita Arora Ladak, and actor Manav Vij. Fans told Malla and Khan that it left them craving for Alphonsos too.

Malaika, who swears by fitness, has been keen on getting back to her regime and regain her immunity after being tested positive for Covid. She has been working out and taking care of her health more than ever, as she confessed how the disease took a toll on her body. In an interview with IANS, the fitness diva was quoted saying, "For achieving a fit body and mind, I believe eating right is the best way to maintain your health. The balance should be 30 per cent exercise to 70 per cent diet in order to achieve the body you wish for. If one wishes to follow a particular and strict diet, then they should always consult a doctor or a trainer and set up a diet best suited for their body."
"Each individual has their own fitness goals which they want to achieve. My only advice to my readers is to follow a routine, eat right and work hard to bring balance between your body, mind and soul to the best of your abilities and become the ideal version of your own self," concluded Malaika.
