Given that it is the first model hunt to be hosted by a mall, there’s already enough curiosity surrounding Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla’s Glam Icon’14.

This was only reiterated at a recent wild card entry round that was held at the mall. Hundreds of modeling aspirants walked the ramp at this event, following which the panel, comprising Zulfi Sayed, Amruta Patki and Shakir Shaikh, along with dermatologist Dr Ruby Tandon and hair expert Dr Makani, announced the winners who had made it directly to the Top 60 round.

While the contestants chosen from different areas were rewarded with yearlong makeover vouchers from Colorbar, the 20 shortlisted candidates are now slated to undergo rigorous sessions of grooming and training.

The grand finale, to be held on November 22, will see winners have their portfolio managed by Smoke Studio, apart from being rewarded with yearlong shopping vouchers from Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla.
