Unlike Maria Susairaj, who is not going ahead with legal proceedings against the director, her co-accused Emile Jerome Matthew seems keen to stall the release of RGV's film inspired by the Neeraj Grover murder case.

On Wednesday, the Mumbai High Court admitted his application for an injunction on the film, and the hearing is scheduled for today.
u00a0Sunil Bohra, the producer of the movie, is in a state of shock at the turn of events.
The movie prints are already in the process of being dispatched, and the promotion is in its last phase. He says, "I've already spent so much on the movie. If the release is jeopardised, I'll lose over R 10 crore."
u00a0His bewilderment is not unreasonable. "The film has been certified, and as instructed by the Censor Board, our disclaimer also states: 'All characters appearing in this work are fictitious.
Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental'," he explains.
Furthermore, Bohra is surprised that no similar ruckus was created when the Neeraj Grover case was shown in a popular television show.

RGV to show film to Maria
Meanwhile, director Ram Gopal Varma has tweeted about showing his film to Maria Susairaj: "I refused to show Not A Love Story 2 to Maria because she was threatening legal action.

But now it has been kept aside, so I want 2 voluntarily show her the film.

I would like to see Maria's reaction on the film on account of how close her emotional state would have been to that of Mahie Gill's character."
