Sircar is busy with final editing of his production "Pink", which features megastar Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu.
The 'Piku' director took to Twitter to share his views about editing.
He posted: "The other juiciest part of film making is the final editing. Deleting best scenes with heartbreak and joy as well..#pinkpinkthefilm."
Amitabh took note of Sircar's tweet and posted: "Shoojit Sircar thank you for forewarning me that mine have gone down the drain!"
To that, Sircar responded: "No sir...will screen it for you soon."
The film is directed by National Award-winning Bengali director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, who is stepping into Hindi movies with the project.
